A growth-driven design approach was implemented. The client received a new website in a faster timeframe. The initial marketing phase focused on the content development of additional service pages and specific industry pages. Then the marketing phase moved into ebooks and blogs to attract more top and middle-funnel leads. An FAQ page was also added to help reduce the amount of time answering basic questions and a schedule an appointment button was added to help convert leads at a higher rate.
The quality of TSR leads, traffic, and calls increased. Less time was spent dealing with services they didn’t provide, making their operations more efficient.
