Of the single-family homes eBlast recipients, 16,297 people opened the eBlast; another 19,411 people opened the townhomes eBlast. By writing, designing and distributing these eBlasts as part of the home builder marketing campaign, we were able to generate a whopping 5,234 additional page views on Advantage’s website — 85.04% of whom were new visitors!
And, that’s not all. We designed banner ads that went live on FrederickNewsPost.com on Easter Sunday, and after 5 days online, they attributed to 313 additional views to the website — 89.14% were new visitors.
